In collaboration with Q-consult, Océ and Sealed Air, I investigated during my graduation period how Operator 4.0 could be applied in an industrial organization.
Research showed that problems within the work process that teams encounter were not solved in a multidisciplinary way. Furthermore, the solutions were only shared in an analogous way within the team and not digitally with the entire organization.
The solution I developed is Lemomate. Lemomate is an online platform that offers organizations the functionalities to work together from multiple locations, which makes an individuals’ knowledge available to the entire organization.
